e.g. salmon (filets)
3G Ginger paste-
Honeywell 5-YT
Coma Juice- 1 cup
Caramelized sugar or 2-tbs
1-tbs black pepper
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
Vegetable oil 2-tbs
Affair lime leaves 15-20
Onion Rings- 2-cups
Salt to taste

Procedure


Add a little salt on the fish filets and let the steam in a pressure cooker over medium heat until tender Recipe Low Calorie Fish. Keep aside in a large bowl  Recipe Fish.
